Projects Key Action 1 – Mobility for learners and staff – Higher Education Student and Staff Mobility
  • KA1 Agreement with Georg August-Universität-Göttingen was signed in 2016.

  • The Erasmus+ Programme promotes equal opportunities and inclusion for all participants regardless of gender, age, sexual orientation, religion and belief, disability and chronic illness, ethnic and social background. The actions aim at facilitating the access to participants with disadvantaged backgrounds and special needs.

The University of Göttingen is signatory to the "Charter of Diversity" since June 2015. To promote equal opportunities, the University of Göttingen supports the diversified needs of people from different background in gender, racial, cultural, social, religious and disabilities all over the world. Alongside specific measures supporting equal opportunity, the University aims to integrate principles of equal opportunity and the promotion of diversity into all university areas. The aim is to set an end to discrimination and recognize as well as enable manifold life choices and life styles across university. Consequently, the University pays special attention to promoting equal opportunity in the Erasmus+ Programme, which is reflected in the calls for applications as well as the selection process and support of selected persons. For more detail, please visit the Equal Opportunities Office (https:/www.uni-goettingen.de/en/home/22168.html).

In the framework of this call for applications within the Erasmus+ Programme, persons with disadvantaged backgrounds are strongly encouraged to apply and, in cases of equal qualification, aptitude and expertise, they will be given preferential consideration in selection.

The Erasmus+ Programme promotes equal opportunities and inclusion for all participants regardless of gender, age, sexual orientation, religion or ideology, disability and chronic illness, ethnic and social background. The actions aim at facilitating the access to the participants with disadvantaged groups and special needs. The University of Göttingen and Voronezh State University recognize that faculty, staff, and students need an environment in which they are respected and valued for their contributions in order to work and study effectively. This applies irrespective of their age, (dis)ability, gender, sexual orientation or identity, marriage and civil partnership, pregnancy and maternity, ethnic origin, and religion and belief.
